Man Teaches Zombie Awareness Program: Robert Kraybill, of Arlington Heights, Illinois, teaches a zombie awareness program. (ZAP).

The filmmaker tells the Chicago Tribune: “I describe exactly what a zombie is, explain how they’re created (always by some variation of the “creepy zombie virus,” ed.), talk about the different types, such as the more muscular and dangerous jock zombie, and then tell people how to kill them. If you find yourself face to face with one, I recommend looking around for something sharp or pointy or heavy and aiming for the head. Fortunately, I think zombies would be pretty dumb, most likely, in a real-life apocalypse. Because zombies don’t think. They just act on their primal instinct to hunt. So it’s very easy to trick or manipulate zombies to get around them. For example, you could set off a car alarm down the street to distract them. That usually works.”

Brett Kissel’s ”We were that song’ tour makes a spot Sunday night at The Machine Shop! I snapped a picture of his acoustic guitar side stage, before the Brad Paisley show here in the Soo!
