Innovation Centre Expansion  The Sault Innovation Centre will be putting on two information sessions tomorrow to provide an overview for businesses and organizations regarding Ontario’s Climate Change Action Plan.  It’s described as an ambitious five-year plan outlined over 86 pages.  A cornerstone of the plan is the cap and trade program and the anticipated budget for the program is 6 to 8 billion dollars with revenue generated through the program to be invested in projects and programs that will reduce greenhouse gas pollution.  It is anticipated that the program will cost the average Ontario household an additional $13 per month in overall cost of living and in Sault Ste. Marie that could represent an increase of between 4.5 to 5-million dollars per year from residents or an overall increase of 2% to the total cost of energy.  The two infomration sessions tomorrow are scheduled for 3 to 4 pm and 7 to 8 pm.
