Pim Street Closure for Three Months as Part of Drainage Improvement Project

Sault Ste. Marie, ON (2017 09 18) – The Public Works and Engineering Department would like to inform residents that Pim Street will be closed to throughway traffic between Bruce Street and MacDonald Avenue for approximately 3 months beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20.
The closure is necessary as part of the Pim Street Drainage Improvement project facilitating the installation of a new storm sewer and associated roadway reconstruction. All businesses will remain open, however, the public is urged to be cautious and obey all detour signage in the area during this time.
The City of Sault Ste. Marie thanks the public for their patience and understanding while this essential work takes place.
