OPP Sault OPP news release…
(HAVILLAND TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 23, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Canine Unit responded to a call regarding an injured dog in the 100 block of Lodema Drive.
The dog was outside for a short period of time and returned to the owner’s residence with an arrow embedded in its side.
As a result of police investigation William FULLER, 51 years, of Goulais River, Ontario has been charged with one count of Cruelty To Animals as per section 445.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie on January 11, 2016.
