SportsThe Soo Greyhounds lost 6-3 to the Erie Otters last night.  Bobby McIntyre led the Hounds with two goals and Colton White also scored.  Boris Katchouk and Hayden Verbeek each had two assists in the loss.  Lake State upset Ferris State 3-2 — Owen Headrick got the winning goal for LSSU with less than 3 and a half minutes left in the third period.  Alex Globke and Peter Spratte also tallied for the Lakers, who won over Ferris State for the first time in 10 WCHA meeting.  Lakers also earned the victory without forward Mitch Hults.  WCHA suspended Hults for last night’s game after a blindside hit with contact to the head of an opposing player in the third period of the Lakers’ 1-nothing loss against the Bulldogs on Friday.  Hults is expected return to the lineup this Friday at Alaska.
