PUC Services has received numerous reports of individuals going door-to-door claiming they represent the PUC and pressuring residents into purchasing water filtration systems. These individuals have NO affiliation with PUC and customers have no obligation to allow them access to their homes.

PUC would like to remind customers that if they ever doubt the authenticity of someone claiming to represent the PUC, they should call PUC Customer Care at 705-759-6522 to verify that person’s legitimacy.
