The City Police Drug Squad was out on a couple investigations last night – in the eastend and the westend of the city and twice noticed people sitting in vehicles openly smoking drugs  – leading to charges against two males in their 20s.
Police were also called to two domestic disputes – one in the westend the other in the central part of the city.  In both cases by the time they arrived the male party had left … but both were located a short time later and charged, in one case with impaired.
