SSMPSA number of arrests by City Police yesterday.  Officers charged 19 year old Tyler Ralph on an outstanding warrant for breaching conditions of his probation order.  It’s alleged that the accused failed to report as required by his supervising probation officer.  Members of the Crime Suppression Unit arrested a man with possession of property obtained by crime.  It’s alleged that the accused — 27 year old Justin McKay — pawned items at a local pawn shop which had been stolen from Canadian Tire and Tool Town.  Both men will appear in court on May 11th.

Patrol officers also made an arrest yesterday.  Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the central part of the city and found the accused — 24 year old Shane Agawa — to be breaching conditions of his court ordered release.  A 16 year old youth turned himself in at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Station on outstanding warrants for his arrest. It’s alleged that the accused breached conditions of his release.  Both parties are scheduled to appear in bail court on Monday.
