OPP  Sault OPP news release…
(SAULT STE. MARIE, ON) – On May 17, 2015 at 8:30 a.m., officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a single motor vehicle rollover on Harmony Beach Road in Havilland Township.   When officers arrived the Goulais River Fire and Rescue Department were already at the scene assisting the two occupants who were able to exit the vehicle on their own.
The officers conducted their investigation which led to the driver being arrested and charged.  Both the driver and passenger were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Charged is Tony Travis AGAWA, 23 years of age from Sault Ste Marie.  He is charged with the following offences:
· Driving while ability is impaired cause bodily harm, section 255(2), Criminal Code(CC)
· Exceed 80 mgs of alcohol, cause bodily harm, section 255(2.1), Criminal Code(CC)
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste Marie on June 22, 2015.
