SSMPSCity Police arrested a youth while responding to complaints of noise and increased vehicular traffic in the north end of Old Goulais Bay Road last night.  The 16 year old was charged with possession of a controlled check during a vehicle check in that area.  The teen is scheduled to appear in court on June 23rd.  Five provincial offense tickets were issued to drivers of motor vehicles that were checked in that same area.

Officers also arrested a male on Friday afternoon.  It’s alleged that the accused breached conditions of his orders in the company of a female that he was ordered not to be within 50 metres of.  The 22 year old male faced charges of breach of probation and breach of recognizance.  He was remanded to bail court tomorrow after appearing in WASH Court yesterday.
