City Police were called regarding a breakin to Merrifield School over the weekend where a Dell laptop was stolen. A shed was also broken into on John Street over the weekend.  Its unknown if anything was taken. An unidentified 50 year old male already in custody at the Remand Centre was charged inconnection with a breakin to a White Oak Drive business last February and the theft of copper wire worth hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars. Three males – aged 21, 19 and 51 years – were charged with unrelated domestic offences.
