SSMPSCity Police were called to Canada Customs overnight.  A young person from Manitoba was detained at the port of entry.  An investigation revealed that he was bound by conditions of an undertaking in Manitoba — to abide by a curfew, to keep the peace and be good.  The male was charged with three counts of breach of an undertaking and will appear in WASH Court today.

Police were also called to the Jamestown area on Saturday after a female fled a residence through a back window.  According to police, she reported her boyfriend assaulted and forcibly confined her.  Officers searched the residence and found the accused hiding in the attic.  The accused was remanded to bail court tomorrow.
