OPP    OPP in Thessalon made an unusual arrest on River Street in the community.  Officers on the 4th of July arrested a snowmobiler after receiving a call of a man operating a snowmachine on Main Street.  The snowmobiler was arrested without incident on River Street and faces a number of charges including impaired driving, failing to wear a proper helmet and driving with no-insurance among other charges.  Charged is 24-year old Michael Whalen of Thessalon.
