SSMPSCity Police responded to a request for assistance at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday morning.  Officers discovered that a 33 year old male had broken a window.  He had also threatened and assaulted hospital staff.  The accused was arrested as the result of a police investigation.  The accused also assaulted and threatened the officers during his arrest — he will appear in court today to face various charges including assault, threatening and mischief.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Schafer Avenue was entered into overnight Monday.  Money and CDs were reported stolen.
