The appointment of directors and department chairs was the main item of business at this week’s PUC meeting.   Mark Howson, Paul Christian and Christian Provenzano were appointed as directors … while Mark Howson was elected chair of the Public Utilities Commission and Ella Jean Richter was elected chair of  PUC Distribution.
