City Police arrested 21 year old Joshua Roess early this morning – inconnection with the stabbing at an eastend residence earlier this month.   He is due in bail court today.  He was one of three suspects in the case – known to the victim.  Allen Agawa turned himself in earlier, and 33 year old Joseph Elie remains at large.
