City Police  A 17-year old is facing a number of charges from city police as it is alleged between Friday and Tuesday the accused stole three trucks and attempted to steal a van and set one of the vehicles on fire.  The other two vehicles received minor damage and during the theft it is reported two locked gates were damaged.
