SSMPSCity Police made an arrest late Monday morning.  Officers charged 45 year old William Daigle of Albert Street East with theft under one thousand dollars.  It’s alleged that the accused stole merchandise from Walmart in the Station Mall.  He is scheduled to appear in court on September 14th.
