SSMPSCity Police made an arrest on Monday on outstanding warrants.  The warrants were issued in March 2010 and May 2010.  36 year old Chad Guerin faces two counts each of failing to attend court and theft under 5 thousand dollars.

Police also arrested a man on domestic-related offences.  It’s alleged that the accused contacted his victim between June 22nd and August 17th when he was ordered by the courts not to do so.  The 37 year old male faces four counts of breach of recognizance.  Both men are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning.
