THUNDER BAY – Police have arrested one suspect in connection to the death of 40-year-old Lee Chiodo and are looking for two more suspects wanted for first-degree murder and kidnapping.

David Hui, 27, of Thunder Bay was arrested Saturday evening by Thunder Bay Police and charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.
