I just learned late last week that pizza is a really great breakfast choice….better than a sugary cereal and milk start to your day!

The Culinary Visions Panel recently asked 500 consumers about their pizza preferences.

– 76% of people prefer a Meat Lovers Pizza to all other pies

– men are more likely to order meat toppings than women

– women favor pizza with various cheese toppings more than men

– top 3 toppings: extra cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms

– top 3 meat toppings: pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon
