Chapleau Public School Will Remain Closed Today Following Yesterday's Threat

Chapleau Public School which dismissed classes early yesterday will be closed today as the investigation continues into yesterday’s threat that was made to the school.  The JK to grade 12 school was put on lockdown yesterday morning after a male made threats to the school.  The Algoma District School Board is hoping to reopen the school tomorrow—–this will be confirmed for parents in a media advisory and through the Board’s messaging system later today.
