An AMBER Alert has been called off after a 4-year old girl was located.  Police say the girl from Aurora is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries following an accident in Pembroke.  Police allege Julia Della-Cruz was abducted by her father at his ex-wife’s house at about 4:20 am.  The child’s father, 35-year old Mario Rodrigues was arrested several hours later when his vehicle rolled over.
