OPP  Sault OPP news release…
(GOULAIS TOWNSHIP, ON) – Sault Ste. Marie Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), and Sault Ste. Marie OPP Crime Unit have been investigating a series of break enter and thefts in the Haviland Shores Drive area that occurred between June 2015 and November 2015.
As a result of police investigation one 17 year old female youth from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario has been arrested and charged with;
” 15 counts of Break, Enter and Theft as per section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused has been released on a Promise to Appear at the Youth Justice Court in Sault Ste. Marie on February 23, 2016.
A 15 year old male youth from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
” 15 counts of Break, Enter and Theft as per section 348(1)(b) of the CC.
The accused has been released on an Undertaking to Appear at the Youth Justice Court in Sault Ste. Marie on February 23, 2016.
Kyle SMITH, 19 years, of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
”  15 counts of Break, Enter and Theft as per section 348(1)(b) of the CC.
The accused has been released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie on February 22, 2016.
