Cloverland Electric Cooperative members in Michigan’s U.P. will see an electricity rate increase as of the middle of this month.  As a result of regulatory approval and inconjunction with a 10-year rate realiignment, a residential member using 700-killowatt hours per month will see an increase of approximately $2.45 to $3.94 depending on the residential rate schedule.  Cloverland serves over 42-thousand homes and businesses in Chippewa, Delta, Mackinac, Luce and Schoolcraft counties.
