A resident returned to their Base Line home around 6:45 last night to find an intruder inside.  Police were called but they were unsuccessful in their bid to find the suspect who fled with tools and electronic items. A second breakin was reported last night on Third Line West – where a computer, cash, jewellery and large screen TV were stolen.
