City Police had a busy night: charging a 26 year old male with sexual interference regarding a consensual relationship with a 14 year old girl.
53 year old Grace Chornobey of Wallace Terrace was charged with shoplifting at a westend grocery store, 20 year old Raven Pine of Wolf Road was charged with stealing a laptop computer from a department store.
Police were called around 10:00 by a man who was using an ATM in the downtown area who was approached by another male who demanded money.  When the victim pointed out that they were being observed on security cameras the culprit fled … described as being a white male, about 5 feet 9, heavy set with short light-coloured-hair.  He was wearing a black jacket and pants.
Overnight someone stole the Christmas laser lights from a residence on Parkinworth Place.
