PowerOutageA power outage in the city yesterday morning affecting about 17 hundred PUC customers.  The interruption happened around quarter after eight and lasted a little over two hours.  The area affected included parts of Brock Street, Queen Street East, Fauquier Avenue, McNabb south to Wellington East, Coulson Avenue and Breton Road.  A cause was not immediately determined.
