The old Northern Breweries property has been sold again – and this time it will see demolition begin almost immediately – next week – as the non historic buildings along Foster Drive come down to make room for a parking lot.   The historic section facing Bay Street will be retained and converted into what’ll be known as Brewery Block, with Riversedge Developments, who’ve taken over the old St Marys Paper site, apart of the restoration project.
