SSMPSCity Police were called to a residence on John Street around 1 yesterday afternoon regarding a disturbance.  According to police, a female received minor injuries after an incident overnight Friday.  A 22 year old male was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm.  The male is scheduled to appear in WASH Court today.  Police arrested a man overnight after he failed a road side test in a RIDE program on Queen Street East.  37 year old Ronald Jones of Shannon Road faces a charge of driving over the legal limit and is scheduled to appear in court on October 19th.

Police also report a couple of breakins from Friday.  Electronic items were stolen from a home on Spruce Street.  Nothing was taken but there was damage to a door when a garage on Meadow Park Crescent.
