ADSBAlgoma teacher Kelly Holley has been re-elected to the Executive of the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario.  The election took place at the federation’s annual meeting in Toronto on Wednesday.  Holley is also president of the ETFO Algoma Teacher Local, a job she has held since her election in 2010.   Holley has served in a number of capacities including vice-president and chief negotiator in her time as the Algoma Teacher Local since 2010.  At the provincial level, she has been an Executive member since 2013 and has served on several task forces and committees.  Holley has also represented Sault Ste. Marie and the ETFO as a member of the 2015 Governor General’s Leadership Committee.  She has been a teacher with the Algoma District School Board since 1998.  She has a Masters of Education from Brock University and has undertaken volunteer and fundraising initiatives with many local community groups.  Holley is also an active member of the Sault Ste. Marie and District Labour Council.
