City Police observed a vehicle parked at the rear of a restaurant yesterday – and upon investigating noted the smell of marihuana – leading to charges against a 20 year old male. 49 year old Darlene Southwind was charged with stealing a bottle from the Station Mall LCBO. Two males were arrested on outstanding warrants for breach of recognizance.
