OPPSault OPP made an arrest on Sunday night.  A black SUV had been travelling west on Highway 17B around 9:00 p.m.  The vehicle was stopped — a further investigation resulted in 26 year old Nicholas Duguay of MacDonald Township being charged with have care and control of a motor vehicle over the legal limit.  He is scheduled to apepar in court on August 10th.
