City Police on patrol yesterday stopped a vehicle and discovered a quantity of drugs – worth an estimated $13,000  … pot, cocaine and meth along with scales, packaging material and cash … leading to the arrest and charges against three people:   29 year old Christopher Duclos of no fixed address, 28 year old Melanie Agawa of Willow Avenue and 30 year old Ashley Biron of Smale Avenue.  All three are due in bail court this morning. City Police were called to a westend residence last night regarding a potential suicide …as officers arrived the person fled on foot but was quickly tracked down by the Canine Unit … and taken to hospital for observation. Yesterday afternoon a 27 year old male was arrested regarding a domestic assault, last evening a 27 year old female was arrested regarding a domestic assault and then last night a 30 year old female was arrested on a domestic matter.
