SSMPSCity Police made an arrest on Friday after a local man turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.  It’s alleged that the accused assaulted a male known to him by punching him in the face and pushing him to the ground.  38 year old Roger Vienneau of Third Avenue is scheduled to appear in court on June 8th.
