SaultMIA representation agreement with Marcus and Millichap would be executed.  That may be the direction City Commissioners in Sault, Michigan may take on Monday if further discussion on the matter is not moved on to the agenda.  Club Board Chair Don Wilson was on vacation and had requested more information be added for the discussion that was to have taken place at City Commission earlier this month.  There were plans suggested earlier this year that the property  would be listed by the Tampa-based Real Estate Investment Service at 1.25 million dollars.

The next phase in finalizing the Sault, Michigan City Budget is scheduled for Monday night.  A decision will be made by City Commissioners on the scheduling of work sessions and a public hearing on the 2015-16 Fiscal Year Budget.  The sessions are scheduled for 4:15 in the afternoon on Wednesday and on Thursday, if needed.  Reconciliation of any modification to the budget would be the subject of a Special Meeting for City Commissioners next Monday afternoon.  The scheduling of a public hearing on the budget would happen at May 4th commission meeting, with the public hearing and the possible approval of the budget to follow next two weeks later, pending commission approval.

A number of lots in Sault, Michigan may be rezoned on Monday.  Pending commission approval, the rezoning would result in the clearing of four single family residential properties to make room for the construction more than 90 senior apartment units.  The more than 2 acres of subject lots are in an area bordered by the Power Canal to the North, Magazine Street on the west, Sheridan Drive on the south and Fort Street on the west.
